Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, 3 November 2015 – At a ceremony in Bishkek on 22 October 2015, Urmat Cholukov, University of Central Asia’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (UCA SPCE) Project Coordinator, received the Excellence in Local Government award from the State Agency for Local Self-Government and Inter-Ethnic Relations under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
