Disbursement Specialist

The project implementation group of the ADB project "Rehabilitation of Toktogul HPP", Phase 2 and Phase 3, the executive agency of JSC "Electric Power Plants", announces a bidding for the vacant position: Disbursement Specialist

Minimum qualification requirements:

• Higher education in economics, financial management, accounting, or relevant subjects;
• At least 2 years of experience as a financial manager or disbursement specialist or accountant in projects funded by international organizations, experience in projects funded by the Asian Development Bank or the  World Bank will be a preference;
• National accounting and tax legislation knowledge;
• Knowledge and work experience with accounting software 1 - C;
• Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer);
• Fluent in written and oral English to work with technical specifications, project documents, and Contracts, business correspondence, and work with Consultants, Contractors, and ADB in English – required.
