REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Agricultural Project Implementation Unit (APIU) of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (Ministry), under the Climate Resilient Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (CRAVCD), hereby invites qualified persons to apply for the following positions:

1. Agro-Information Platform Development: info on production volumes & areas of agricultural products; existing enterprises of harvesting; primary processing, sorting, packaging, agro-logistics centres; and fruit & vegetable storages, exporters, transporters - Terms of reference
2. Sector Analysis and Legal Acts Development: analysis of the fruit and vegetable sector and the related legislative framework to determine the necessary economic and legislative measures for the development of the sector - Terms of reference
3. Sector Strategy Development: institutionalizing measures for the development of the sector in the medium term and creating a favorable economic environment for its development - Terms of reference 
4. Subsector Studies: research on other related sectors to the fruit and vegetable sector to determine their status and develop proposals for their future development - Terms of reference

Interested consultants shall provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Deadline for submission is until 18 00, 30 January 2026.

To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:

• CV (in English and Russian languages) on ADB format (attached);
• Copy of passport (ID-card);
• Copies of documents proving the required professional education, work experience, and qualification (copies of certificates and copies of documents on education);
• Indicate the position title in the subject line when sending your CV by email.

Please note that CVs should be sent in ADB format only in two languages. Otherwise, your candidacy will not be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
