Environment and Hazardous Waste Expert

The project implementation group of the ADB project "Rehabilitation of Toktogul HPP", Phase 2 and Phase 3, the executive agency of JSC "Electric Power Plants", announces a bidding for the vacant position: Environment and Hazardous Waste Expert

Minimum qualification requirements:

• Minimum of a Higher Education or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related subjects;
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in implementing and monitoring the Environmental Management Plan for infrastructure projects;
• Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment) 5 years;
• At least 3 years of practical experience as an Environment and Hazardous Waste Expert in ADB or WB projects.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) to work fully with technical specifications, project documentation, and contracts, conduct business correspondence and work with consultants, contractors, and ADB in English - strictly mandatory
