Summary of the Position:
Under general supervision, assists in monitoring and coordinating general safety program, including safety inspections, accident investigations, and safety training. Coordinate logistics arrangements at the Central administrative office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision, monitoring, and detailed recording of all warehouse and stock movement activities
- Responsible for custom clearance of incoming and outcoming goods which is related to UCA
- To process all documentation and certification and their payments for outcoming and incoming goods if needed. As well as making sure that all information is recorded to the database of goods.
- To help with shipping/receiving postage and couriering parcels goods and documentations which is related to UCA and as well as their further payments.
- Ensure that all vehicles of UCA Kyrgyzstan will be operated in proper condition, to keep them maintained well and on wheels.
- Process the SAP payments which are related to the operational logistical process which is required by management.
- Coordination work with the security team on daily basis as well as monitoring security service at UCA CAO.
- Responsible for working with local authorities, police members and firefight office on issues which is related to UCA CAO.
- Conduct routine and follow-up safety and hazard inspections of university facilities.
- Respond to emergency situations involving hazardous materials, radiation, or fire and smoke incidents;
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications - essential:
- At least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Ability to be discrete in handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills
Language Skills:
- Successful candidate must be able to speak, read and write in English and Russian. An understanding of the local language is a benefit.
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, students, faculty/staff, and the general public.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
