Today citizens of Jalal-Abad city and representatives of the Jalal-Abad Mayor’s Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (MoI), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the Embassy of the United States of America in the Kyrgyz Republic, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe gathered to lay the first stone of a new police station in the “Sputnik” microdistrict in Jalal-Abad.
