The courses are organized by the Training Center of Judges under the Supreme Court and the Anti-Corruption Business Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, as part of the Collaborative Governance Program (CGP), funded by USAID and DFID.

The trainers of the program will use unique transformational-linguistic techniques, ways of building a positive image and managing stressful situations to help instill anticorruption behavior.

Formation of intolerance to corruption starts only when everyone values his/her own image and their reputation. Reform of the legal system will only be successful when every professional in the court system understands the importance of personal example and personal behavior. Such understanding is particularly important on the part of the judiciary.

Collaborative Governance Program (CGP) promotes effective collaboration among civil society, the private sector, and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the private sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID), and implemented by East-West Management Institute (EWMI).
