Mercy Corps is implementing the Water for Peace Project: Climate Resilient and Peaceful Communities (W4P), funded by the PATRIP foundation.
Mercy Corps is inviting qualified organizations and/or private entrepreneurs to participate in the “Intent To Bid” process under the TENDER for the performance of works on socially critical objects on the Rehabilitation and Construction of 5 Irrigation canals in the Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR).
Initially, if you are willing to participate in the above-mentioned tender, you are requested to submit the Intent to Bid and Supplier Information Form only at this stage.
Full package of documents (Intent To Bid and Supplier Information Form) can be downloaded from the following websites: www.tenders.kg, www.donors.kg, or can be picked up at Mercy Corps offices (64b, Erkindik Boulevard, Bishkek, KR).
Interested Bidders are requested to submit the filled (signed and stamped) documents from March 17, 2026 to March 25, 2026 by email to: mckrprocurement@mercycorps.org with indicating BIS-ST-RFB-0047 “Rehabilitation and Construction of 5 Irrigation canals in Batken region” in the subject line or return completed Intent to Bid and Supplier Information Forms in person at Mercy Corps office (64b Erkindik boulevard, Bishkek, KR). The Tender Reference number should be written on the envelope.
The deadline for submission is 5 pm, March 25, 2026.

Completed Tender Package will be shared with those Bidders who submitted signed and stamped Intend to Bid form and Supplier Information Form in a timely manner.
