The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Strengthening Regional Health Security Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Civil Works in Osh oblast (laboratories and emergency departments of selected Health Organizations) (“the Works”).

Bidders may submit a Bid for a single lot, combinations of lots, or all lots. The Employer shall evaluate and compare Bids on the basis of a lot, or a combination of lots, or as a total of lots in order to arrive at the least-cost combination for the Employer by taking into account discounts offered by Bidders in case of award of multiple lots.
Open competitive bidding - National advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:
Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor in at least one (1) similar contract that has been successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds:
Lot 1: 19,000,000.00 (nineteen million) KGS
Lot 2: 17,200,000.00 (seventeen million two hundred thousand) KGS
Lot 3: 10,500,000.00 (ten million five hundred thousand) KGS
Lot 1: 36,000,000.00 (thirty-six million) KGS
Lot 2: 33,000,000.00 (thirty-three million) KGS
Lot 3: 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) KGS
