Contract No. and Title: IWMP/NCB/G-25/001: Specialized machinery, equipment, and materials for "VODOCANAL" in Karakol, Balykchy, and EA

The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Issyk-Kul Wastewater Management Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The State Institution “Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage” (SIDWSS) under the Water Resources Service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Specialized machinery, equipment and materials for "VODOCANAL" in Karakol, Balykchy and EA which is comprised of following lots:
Lot #1: Supply of 2 (two) Septage vacuum trucks for Karakol;
Lot #2: Supply of 2 (two) Combined sewer flushing vehicles for Balykchy / Karakol;
Lot #3: Supply of 2 (two) Excavators for Karakol / Balykchy;
Lot #4: Supply emergency repair vehicle for Karakol;
Lot #5: Supply a dump truck for Balykchy;
Lot #6: Supply of a Mobile pumping unit for pumping wastewater for Balykchy;
Lot #7: Supply of Crane manipulator for Balykchy;
Lot #8: Supply of 1 (one) vehicle
Bidders may bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document.
National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
Minimum average annual turnover as total payment received for each lot:
Minimum average annual turnover calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 (three) years.
