Bids for Procurement of Cytology equipment

Contract No. and Title: G-02 - Cytology equipment

The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Strengthening Regional Health Security Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Cytology equipment

Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single stage-Two envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum average annual turnover of calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years: $ 1,470,000.00 USD calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 (three) years.
Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years of at least one (1) contract with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply), valued at: 780,000.00 USD with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply).

Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

The Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of bids
