Disbursement Specialist

Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision Air Quality Improvement Project in the Kyrgyz Republic announces the competition for the position of "Disbursement Specialist"

FULL-TIME ASSIGNMENT

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (University degree) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Administration;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the disbursement of projects financed by international organizations, participation in WB projects is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of taxation, banking, and other procedures related to the accounting of international projects;
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Automated Accounting System Programs (ex. 1C accounting programs);
• Knowledge of the Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
