The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as SBS KR), within the framework of the project "G1039-KGZ: 'Almaty-Bishkek Economic Corridor Regional Improvement of Border Services" Project, announces a competition to attract an individual consultant for the position of Chief Procurement and Contract Management Specialist
A detailed description of the required qualifications and responsibilities is provided in the Terms of Reference attached hereto.
Interested candidates should submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the Consulting Management System (CMS) of the ADB (http://cms.adb.org) or submit documents in Russian and English using the ADB format (form attached), along with copies of relevant diplomas and/or certificates (all documents must be combined into a single PDF file), to the PMU of SBS KR at the following address: 163 Mederova Street, Bishkek, tel.: +996 312 889692, or by email to: pmubskr@gmail.com no later than June 1, 2026, at 18:00 (Bishkek time).
The selection will be conducted in accordance with ADB procurement rules.
Applications that do not specify the vacancy title, contain an incomplete set of documents, are received after the specified deadline, and do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
