The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the School Education Reform Sector Development Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, installation and testing of G-05: School Laboratory Equipment.

Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document. 

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

• Minimum average annual turnover of calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (2023-2025):

Deliver your bid:

• on or before the deadline: 04 August 2026 at 15:00 Hours (Bishkek Time)
• together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document.

Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.    

The Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of bids.
