The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of School Education Reform Sector Development Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply, installation and testing Video surveillance. The Goods grouped in 7 separate lots. The Bidder may bid in one, several or all lots.

Lot 1: Chuy region;

Lot 2: Yssyk-Kul region;

Lot 3: Talas region;

Lot 4: Naryn region;

Lot 5: Osh region;

Lot 6: Jalal Abad region;

Lot 7: Batken region.

Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

• Minimum average annual turnover of calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (2023-2025):

Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.             The Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of bids.
