Tender Procedure:

International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in accordance with KfW “Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries”.

Scope of Supply

The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from KfW Development Bank toward the cost of the project Value Chain Agro Finance” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of equipment and Certified Reference Materials (CRM) for laboratory of the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, divided into two lots:

• Lot 1: Supply of Laboratory Equipment
• Lot 2: Supply of Certified Reference Materials (CRM)

Eligibility

Participation is open to eligible bidders as defined in KfW Procurement Guidelines. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in similar contracts as well as adequate financial and technical capacity.
