Since 2004 the Kyrgyz Republic takes part in the surveys commissioned by OECD to measure the effectiveness of aid. They surveys are designed to measure aid effectiveness against the internationally agreed set of indicators and targets. The indicators and targets are defined by the Paris Declaration.
